Your agent will meet with interested buyers at your convenience.

4. Showings


Your agent will accept the best offer based on the price and terms you choose.

5. Offer Received


6. Negotiation and Contract

It may take a few tries to get it right, but hang in there! You're on your way!


You and the buyer have agreed to the price and terms. The home is still yours until the closing of escrow.

7. In Escrow


Perform due diligence, order the appraisal, and be present for any inspections done by the buyer.

This is the transfer of funds and ownership. A title company acts as a third party to facilitate the closing.
